Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment- Visa . Mastercard , Switch etc. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We also now accept Paypal- simply choose this option on checkout and you will securely be taken to the Paypal website to complete the transaction.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All products in this online catalogue include shipping to destinations on the UK mainland (orders of a certain weight to Scottish Highalands may be extra). Carriage to all other destinations is calculated dependent on total weight and destination when you reach the checkout. You can of course ammend or cancel your order at this point. 

Delivery Schedule
Carriage within the UK Mainland is FREE – but please be aware this is a 3/4 WORKING day service and sometimes longer if an item is out of stock . If you need your items more urgently please make sure this is clear by either adding a note to that effect during checkout (there is a facility for this) or by a separate email or phone call Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days unless we are awaiting delivery of an item or items. In this case, we will despatch when the order is complete to save extra carriage costs etc. If the order is urgent please call or email to check stock so that we may modify the order as necessary to expedite despatch. 

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will await its arrival or back order it if the delivery is a long time.
